About ERIC Hendrikx:
Originally from Southern California, Rolling Stone and REVOLVER writer-photographer Eric Hendrikx has captured iconic images of rock and roll’s most animated cast of characters including Slash, Dave Grohl, Scott Weiland, Fergie and Zakk Wylde. Eric co-wrote Zakk Wylde’s Bringing Metal to the Children and contributed to New York Times Bestsellers Forrest Griffin: Got Fight? and Be Ready When the Sh*t Goes Down. He has written features with Jason Momoa, Keanu Reeves and Tony Hawk. Eric’s photography is included in the Smithsonian collection and the Hard Rock International memorabilia collection.
As advocate for men’s mental health, Eric is an ambassador for the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride, an international motorcycle organization that raises funds and awareness to support men’s mental health and suicide prevention. This year, he launched A Distinguished Social Affair, a Toronto charity event, and became the second highest fundraiser in Canada and among the top 15 in the world through DGR.
Eric lives in Toronto with his wife Natasha and their two black labs—Kody and Poe.
