I’m Eric Hendrikx—Best-selling author, freelance writer, and creative director—though the titles never seem to tell the whole story. My work lives at the intersection of adventure and meaning. I’ve chased motorcycles across continents, followed conservationists into the last wild places, and sat with guitar heroes, Professional fighters, and visionaries to hear what drives them.

I’ve written a book with Zakk Wylde of Ozzy Osbourne, contributed to New York Times bestsellers—including Got Fight? and Be Ready When the Sh*t Goes Down by Forrest Griffin—and collaborated on more than a dozen instructional MMA and grappling titles with world-class champions such as Randy Couture, Ken Shamrock, Dave Camarillo, and Marcelo Garcia. My journalism and long-form storytelling have appeared in Rolling Stone, Men’s Journal, Robb Report, and other leading publications.

My latest book, Echoes from Eden, co-written with Dax Dasilva, explores the fight to protect endangered ecosystems through the voices of modern conservation leaders like Jane Goodall and Paul Watson. My next book, The Motorcycle, brings together 100 riders, racers, and builders whose lives orbit motorcycles the way some people orbit faith.

As Executive Creative Director at NKPR, I help brands find their heartbeat and translate it into stories people feel—whether that means shaping campaigns that cut through the noise, curating unforgettable cultural moments, or stepping into the narrative myself to help bring it to life.

I live in Toronto with my wife Natasha and our two black Labs, Poe and Indy.
